The Bondi Gobbler is a Waverley Council project designed to turn local food waste into usable compost that can be distributed to farms, local community gardens or even the local backyards. AJA assisted Michael Mobbs and his team with design visualisation for a funding submission that can take the project to the next level. The scheme shows how a Bondi Gobbler may be compactly configured to sit in a number of accessible urban locations where local cafes, restaurants or food shops could deposit their waste to be recycled for wider benefit.
