As Green Square edges towards commencement of substantial development, the peripheral residential areas of Beaconsfield, Zetland, Alexandria and Waterloo are fast emerging as desirable residential and mixed use areas, not just for larger high density developments. Two recent AJA projects in Queen Street, Beaconsfield are indicative of our focus on residential typologies that sustain active streets and keep the finer urban grain alive. 

Both these groups of 4 townhouses are configured over three levels facing the street, with extensive private open space and garaging via rear lane access that has good surveillance from studio spaces or landscaped terraces.
