Jon is the founding principal of AJA, with recognised skills and qualifications in urban design, architecture and project management achieved over more than 40 years. Focusing on delivery of best quality, sustainable outcomes for clients, and meeting challenges with inspired design, Jon has established a platform for the practice to undertake a broad spectrum of both public and private sector work. Jon serves on a number of Design Excellence Panels, and his distinguished work has been recognised with AIA awards, inclusion as exemplary benchmarks and extensive publication.

Amelia has more than 10 years post graduate experience at AJA. Her training in the three disciplines of Architecture, Landscape Architecture and Urban Design and her excellent three-dimensional modeling and graphic presentation abilities are an asset to AJA.
She has been project co-ordinator for the upgrade to Martin Place railway station, multiple Seniors Living and Affordable housing projects for the NSW Land and Housing Association, several inner city townhouse developments, substation projects for Ausgrid and Endeavour Energy, and participated on various urban design studies that AJA has undertaken to assist increases in Sydney residential density.
